- Enable C++ Enhanced Colorization, then restart Visual Studio.
- Download
washed-away-cherryVS-noVA.vssettings. - Import Fonts and Colors as above.
VS Code

washed-away-cherry-theme-1.0.1.vsix. - In VS Code, open Extensions, choose Views and More Actions..., then Install from VSIX....
- Select the file, then choose Washed Away Cherry from Color Theme.
